Cancellation Policy
Retainer Fee & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the retainer fee. If you reschedule your appointment before 24hrs then your retainer fee will transferred to your next appointment.
Arrival Policy
To ensure each guest receives a relaxing and uninterrupted experience, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time for your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling depending on the remaining appointment time. Excessive lateness may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer fee.
Cancellation/No Shows - If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notification in advance. Your retainer fee will be transferred to your next appointment. If service is canceled less then 24hr before your booking time. the payment will be forfeit and you will be charged 50% of service. If service is canceled less then 4hr or you no show then you will be charged 100% of service.
Refunds - You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses to provide you with your service. No refunds will be provided for any services at any time.
